 DELIVERY and RETURNS



Free Economy Delivery is for UK mainland only, with some restrictions
Our delivery charge does not apply to the Channel Islands, some offshore UK islands and the Republic of Ireland. We do not deliver outside of the UK. 

If the delivery charge does need to increase then I will advise you and request the additional payment be made via Paypal, if you decide to not go ahead because of this charge then we can simply cancel your order and any monies paid will be refunded to your original payment method

Depending on the size and weight of the order I will use either Royal Mail, MyHermes or UKMail as the preferred carriers.

When using MyHermes and UKMail 3 delivery attempts will be made, if no response is made to MyHermes or UKMail regarding the delivery of your order to yourself and it is returned to GiftsMade4u then you will have to pay for re-delivery.

GiftsMade4u accepts no responsibility for lost products once proof of postage is obtained. In the event that your item fails to arrive, please contact me where I will claim with the relevant carrier on your behalf and issue you a replacement item or a full refund depending on your request.

We reserve the right to wait up to 14 working days from the date of dispatch before taking further action regarding an undelivered item


RETURNS

I truly hope you will be satisfied with the products you purchase, if in the event you are not then I will accept returns on all products delivered to you if they are returned within 14 days and providing they have not been personalised for you (unless of course I have made the error). I would advise sending the goods securely such as recorded delivery as I cannot be held responsible for non receipt. All returns must have the return code which you can get directly from me upon emailing me. Please return items, which MUST be unused and in the original packaging, stating the returns code, together with your full name, address and reason for return.

Once received and checked I will make the refund minus a £2.50* administration charge within 7 days to the original payment method. Please note that the return delivery* to me will not be refunded.

*Does not apply in the event that it was an error I have made on your order.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
